[Composition]

This product is a compound preparation containing 0.2 mg of anisodine hydrobromide and 20mg of procaine hydrochloride. The excipient is: sodium chloride.

[Description]

Colorless clear liquid.

[Indications]

Used for ischemic optic nerve, retina and choroidopathy.

[Strength]

2ml: 0.2 mg of anisodine hydrobromide and 20mg of procaine hydrochloride.

[Posology and Method of Administration]

Subcutaneous injection at the side of superficial temporal artery, once a day, 2ml (1 vial) each time (for acute and severe cases, add juxtaglomerular injection, once a day), 14 times as a course of treatment. Injections may be given for 2 to 4 courses of treatment as needed.

[Pharmacological Effect]

The experimental results of primary and secondary ocular ischemia and occlusive ocular vascular ischemia in rabbits showed that this product could accelerate the recovery of the normal level of vasoactive substances in the ocular ischemic area, relieve vasospasm, maintain the normal tension and function of choroidal vessels, increase blood flow, improve blood supply, and promote the rapid recovery of ischemic tissues.

[Storage]

It should be stored in tightly closed containers in a dark place below 30 ℃.

Packaged in brown ampoules, 10 vials per pack.
